Manufacturing Facilities

Our Smithfield manufacturing facility is located on 17,000 square metres. Our current major equipment / processes include:

4 coil fed plasma cutters (3 standard and
1 high definition)
Automated straight duct lines
(offering a combination of flanges)
Spiral lock-seam round duct machine
Coil fed automated lagging channel
roll former
Automated lagging channel notching
In-house TDC and TDF corner manufacturing
Fully automated turning vane production
Automated, computer controlled insulation cutter
Fully automated robot welding - this, combined with our high definition plasma cutting provides
us with a high level of self sufficiency and cost-saving advantages in metal fabrication.

By utilising the above facilities at our manufacturing plant our
current average monthly steel usage is 175 tonnes, while our
maximum monthly capacity is approximately 240 tonnes.

The infrastructure and systems we have developed, and put
in place, enable us to produce and deliver multiple large
projects simultaneously.
